Admission opened form Nursery, to onward for the Academic year 2024-2025.
Parents are hereby informed to note the following points before filling in the online application form for new admissions.
Age Criteria for Pre-Primary and Class 1:
- Nursery : 3 years complete by 31st September 2024.
- Junior K.G. : 4 years complete by 31st September 2024.
- Senior K G : 5 years complete by 31st September 2024.
- Class 1 : 6 years complete by 31st September 2024.
Before initiating Online process, parents are advised to keep the following scanned documents (soft copies) handy for uploading:
- Birth Certificate with student’s name entered on the certificate issued by the Corporation / Municipality
- Passport-size Photograph of the student
- Caste Certificate ( in case of SC / ST/ OBC)
- Aadhaar Card of the student (Applicable for classes 1 & above)
- Passport-size Photograph of parents.
- Child ID of the student.
- Bank passbook of the student or parents.
- Last Class Mark-sheet (Applicable for classes 1 & above)
- Transfer Certificate or affidavit (Format Enclosed)
Please Note:
- While filling in the application form, please ensure that the student and parents’ names are correctly entered as per the Birth Certificate and, in the case of new admission to classes 2 and above, as per the Birth Certificate as well as the Transfer Certificate.
- Three passport-size photographs of the student should be submitted to the school office once the admission is confirmed.
- The new admission to classes 2 and above needs to submit the ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE LATEST BY 31TH JULY of the academic session. If the TC is not submitted by the scheduled date, the admission is automatically cancelled.
- There will be entrance test for admission. An interview will be conducted where parents and students need to be present. The date of the interview will be intimated through SMS/Phone.
Classes LKG to IX will have an entrance test, and shortlisted students will be called for an interview.
Please Note :
- Classes 1st to 9 will have limited admissions for the academic year 2024–2025.
- Hindi as a 2nd Language from Class 1 upwards is compulsory as per the rules of the Department of Education, Government of Madhya-Pradesh.
- Be present 15 minutes before the start of the exam with all the necessary writing materials. Answer sheets to write the examination will be provided.
- The entrance test date and time will be notified via SMS to the mobile number of parents.
- Application Processing Charges of Rs. 500/- will not be refunded.
- Successful submission of an application does not assure admission.
- Admission will be confirmed only after the interview/entrance test and the completion of admission formalities.
- There will not be any issuance of application forms from the school office.
- For the admission to the classes from LKG TO Grade IX there would be an entrance exam. Only those who qualify the exam will be admitted.
